- For Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of your departure, your full amount will be refunded.

- If you do not show up at the designated departure time without notifying us at least 12 hours in advance, no refund will be made.
- In the case of rain at the time of departure, you may choose to postpone your tour to another day or cancel your tour and receive a full refund.
- If you have paid through PayPal, your refund will be made through PayPal. In the case of a cash payment, your refund will be made at our office in the currency in which you made the payment.
- Once the tour has begun, no refund may be requested.
