A complete day of discovery: river boat transfer, quiet island roads, craft villages, wooden floating bridges and a home-cooked lunch, a rich snapshot of real countryside life around Hoi An.
This full-day tour offers the ideal mix of active cycling and meaningful encounters. The morning is focused on riding through peaceful rural landscapes with rice fields, small paths and quiet villages. The afternoon is more culture-oriented, with multiple visits offering a deeper look into daily life in the countryside.
Begin with an approximately 1-hour boat transfer on the Thu Bon River delta to reach a quiet island village, the perfect starting point for your ride.
In the morning, cycle about 16 km through authentic countryside, passing local farms and meeting friendly villagers. Cross from island to island and meet welcoming locals along the way.
A short boat hop takes you to a nearby island for a home-cooked lunch with a local family.
In the afternoon (9 Km ride), follow a route inspired by our Countryside Morning Tour. Cross the last remaining floating wooden bridge in the region, a rare and memorable experience.
Other visits are included, with possible spontaneous stops depending on what's happening in the countryside that day. Our tours are flexible by nature, adapting to local life and seasonal activity, which means no two experiences are ever exactly the same.
The day ends with a short crossing on a local ferry, often timed with the sunset over the Thu Bon River, a peaceful and unforgettable way to end your journey back to Hoi An.
