Do you provide bicycles and equipment?
Yes! All custom tours include high-quality bicycles tailored to your itinerary (city bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, e-bikes, tandems), as well as safety equipment (helmets, gloves), and water/snacks throughout the tour.
Bikes are equipped with luggage racks when necessary. If you prefer, you can bring your own pedals or saddle, we'll install them on your bike.
Support vehicle: Available as an option for multi-day tours only.
What happens if the weather is bad?
- Light rain: We provide rain ponchos and continue.
- Heavy rain showers (common in Vietnam): We stop and wait for the rain to pass. If it persists throughout the tour, we can modify the route.
- Before departure: If bad weather is forecast, we'll discuss with you and advise whether to modify the itinerary or postpone departure, depending on the circumstances and your planned route.
- Extreme heat: We adjust departure times and add more rest stops.
- For multi-day tours: We build flexibility into the itinerary to accommodate weather changes
What's your cancellation policy for custom tours?
- 24+ hours before departure: Full refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: 70% refund
- No-show (without 12-hour advance notice): No refund
- Rain at departure time: You may postpone to another day or cancel for a full refund

Cancellation policy
- For Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of your departure, your full amount will be refunded.
- For a cancellation less than 24 hours from your departure, 70% will be refunded.
- If you do not show up at the designated departure time without notifying us at least 12 hours in advance, no refund will be made.
- In the case of rain at the time of departure, you may choose to postpone your tour to another day or cancel your tour and receive a full refund.
- If you have paid through Paypal, your refund will be made through Paypal. In the case of a cash payment, your refund will be made at our office in the currency in which you made the payment.
- Once the tour has begun, no refund may be requested.
- Heaven and Earth Tours reserves the right to interrupt a tour at anytime. In this case you will receive a full or partial refund.
