We have a fleet of over 100 bikes with different models adapted to the tours we offer: city bikes, hybrid bikes, mountain bikes, tandems and electric bikes. All our bikes are maintained by our mechanic and checked after each outing.

Yes, we have bikes suitable for children from 6 years old.

For younger children (up to 22 kg), we offer CE-certified baby seats that attach to an adult's bike.

We provide:

• Sufficient water
• Helmets for children and adults (free)
• Gloves for mountain bike tours or long rides
• CE-certified baby seats (free)

Yes, we offer electric bikes for certain tours. Contact us to check availability for the tour you have chosen.

No problem! We have tandems available for people who don't know how to ride a bike. You can sit in the back and be safely transported by one of your friends or one of our guides.

Modification: You can change the date of your tour and/or your route freely and free of charge, subject to availability. If you choose a cheaper tour, we will refund you the difference.

In case of bad weather, you have several options:

If the tour is maintained:
If there is no storm warning and no risk, the tour will depart even in the rain. Please note that the weather can change very quickly and during the rainy season, it is usually light drizzle (and it's not cold).

The refund will be made by the same method used for payment.

In our tours, everything is included except:

• Additional drinks (water provided)
• Travel insurance (most travelers already have one)
• Tips for your guide. According to your satisfaction but without any obligation

If your hotel is far from the route, you will have several extra kilometers to ride on roads with heavy traffic and no tourist interest.

Your comfort:
By starting from our office, our team will be there to advise you and help you choose the bike best suited to your body type. You can try it and make sure it's comfortable before leaving.

It depends on the chosen route. Each tour description indicates the difficulty level:

• Easy: Accessible to all, flat terrain, short distance
• Moderate: Some climbs, medium distance
• Sport: For people in good physical condition, varied terrain, long distance

If you have any doubts, contact us and we will advise you on the most suitable route.

We limit our groups to maximum 8 to 10 adults depending on the tour. This allows us to:

• Preserve the tranquility of the villages we visit
• Adapt to your pace
• Create a truly friendly atmosphere
• Offer you an authentic experience

For groups of more than 4 people, a French or English-speaking assistant accompanies the main guide.

These villages have become very touristy destinations with dozens (sometimes hundreds) of visitors every day. This is no longer the Vietnam we want you to discover.

The places we take you to are still preserved, little known, and just as beautiful. You will have authentic encounters there, far from the crowds.

This is also why we limit our groups to a maximum of 10 people: to preserve the tranquility of the villages and offer you a unique experience.

Since 2009, we have been creating our own original itineraries. Many agencies try to copy our tours. If we don't indicate the exact names of the villages, it's so they remain preserved and you don't find yourself in the middle of dozens of other groups.

For safety reasons.

The places we visit are not touristy, and the buffaloes are not used to seeing foreigners. If you get too close to them, they can get scared and become aggressive. Even in some tourist places with so-called "accustomed" buffaloes, there have already been accidents. Your safety is our priority. We prefer to offer you authentic and safe activities.

Tips are never mandatory, but they are always appreciated if you are satisfied with your guide's service. It is a common practice in Vietnam, but it remains entirely at your discretion.
